Hi all, I am looking to invest upto $500000 in Sheriff sale properties and/or some really good deals in UNION CITY, NJ or some good location in Hudson county. I would make this a win-win situation for everyone. I am not trying to waste anyones time, I am activly looking for my first deal In NJ. I'm real estate professional in PA.
