Rental Properties in the Ocean County District

Hello Guys!

I'm brand new to the field of real-estate investing and have been doing as much research as I can and reading as many books as I can. It seems as though I am heavily interested in Rental properties and would like to pick peoples brains on how it can be done successfully in the Ocean County area of NJ. For a young person my age, NJ is extremely expensive and it is sort of driving me away from real-estate. Please, some motivation and anyone willing to reach ouch in the area and chat about the subject would be amazing!
