Currently, I am pursuing education for Licensed Real Estate Agent for New Jersey. To be an Agent we need a broker to sponsor. I am not sure what broker I should approach as there are so many.

What Broker do you suggest new agent should go for?

I think Keller Williams is an excellent brokerage for a new agent. They have tons of training available, generous commission split, excellent company culture, and profit share.
