zoning variance for new build in Montvale, NJ

Does anyone know a real estate attorney that has experience in getting a zoning variance in Montvale, NJ 07645?

My mother has one deed with two lots back to back.  Each lot is 100 x 100 feet. One lot has her house on it and the other is an empty lot behind the house.  The empty lot faces the street on the other side of the block and has an individual street address.  All of the other lots in the neighborhood are 100 x 100 feet and have single family homes on them.  Most of the neighborhood was built in the 1950's though 1970's.

At some point the town changed the zoning and 15,000 sq. ft. is now required to build on the property.  We want to get a variance in zoning. Does anyone know an attorney that has experience with the Montvale, NJ zoning board (Bergen County)?  I would appreciate any other useful advice or experiences you have to share.  Thank you
