I am looking for a good, reliable, cost effective handyman to build out a small closet in one of my rental units.  Should be able to demo, frame, drywall and paint.

Your input would be much appreciated!!

Thank you

This always seems to be a problem for investors.
You can always call a GC, but that adds up quick.
I've always did what I can myself (I worked as a handyman). I would find a handy guy to help out from time to time and think great I can just send him over to swap a faucet. Those guys don't seem to last since I wouldn't have enough work.
I was thinking of getting a group of investors together in North Jersey to keep a guy busy enough to work steady.
    I wouldn't mind coordinating it.

    Any thoughts?
