How to find list of wholesalers in New Jersey
Im trying to connect with wholesalers in my market but not having much of a chance. Is there any type of website or directory where you can reach wholesalers in New Jersey other than Bigger Pockets? I tried using google but it really doesn't accurately direct you to wholesalers but more to real estate agents and builders etc.

You can go on Craigslist and call all the we buy houses ads...they are 80% wholesalers (I made that stat up), but gives you an idea.
What areas of NJ are you looking to invest in? I can help you out In finding deals in Monmouth and Ocean county. I am a wholesaler. Sometimes I get stuff outside that area but that's my focus. Let's connect.
