best place to get quality tenants

Hi everyone,

I have not been a Landlord for  25 Years!

I recently acquired 3 properties that i want to hold and rent out and then sell sometime in  the future.

I  have refurbished them as to attract a a quality tenant .

i want to hold out for a quality tenant . 

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone would has any suggestions for me on screening ,advertising and leases I am in NJ...
