Recommendations
Hello fellow BP'ers! My partner and I have targeted the Harrison, Newark and Elizabeth areas of New Jersey so we need a few recommendations on:
1) Title Companies
Are there any reputable title companies in the area that work with assignable contracts? To my knowledge not all will deal with this.
2) Contractors
Part of our business model includes attaching estimated repairs derived from licensed contractor quotes.
3) Agent/Realtor
In addition to including repair quotes from licensed individuals I'd like to work with an agent who can provide comparables to accurately determine ARV. I can pull some off of Zillow and Trulia but we all know that doesn't paint a full picture.

Youll need to connect with an attorney who has experience in assignable contract. Rosa Agency out of Belleville does alot of investor business in those areas. Ask for Manny or Khadijah and tell them you heard about them from me.
