Hello Fellow Jerseyan's,

I just wanted to say hi and invite the opportunity to discuss any potential properties you may have for sale.  I currently own 2 buildings (4plex and 2plex) and truly enjoy the business of real estate.   

My criteria is multi family units in the Monmouth or Ocean County area.  I hope to do business with you in the near future.
