I have a builder looking for properties in B or better towns in Bergen county. Condition can be anywhere from knockdown to simple fix-n-flip, biggest factors are location and lot. Please reach out to me if you have anything that could work, I'll screen and connect the dots.

Example areas: Ridgewood, Glen Rock, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Wyckoff, Paramus, Woodcliff Lake, Ho-Ho-Kus, Waldwick, Fair Lawn, etc.
