Building a team - any good contractors and wholesalers

I have funding and properties that I'm interested in.

Looking for a good contractor in central NJ. Rehab work will range from simple cosmetic to full rehab and adding on additional bedrooms/bathrooms.

I'm also always looking for other deals so is like to connect with any wholesalers!
