Lenders for properties owned by LLC's
I am looking for a lender in NJ who will lend on a property owned by an LLC. I'm in the process of buying a duplex that is a total rehab. Assuming my numbers are correct, I will have 30% - 45% equity in the property. I will be paying cash for the purchase and rehab, would like to obtain financing for the money out of pocket. I know this is easier said than done, any referrals would be appreciated.
