There are tons of great towns. Depends on what ' best' means to you.  Can you narrow it down a bit.  Long term hold? Higher appreciation for the short run? STR, MTR?  Price range? 

 I’m looking for a long term hold. Looking to buy my first multifamily and live in one unit. Then fully rent it and buy another the following year or two. Not sure price range. I make 65k and am hoping to find a lender that will approve me using projected rental income
