Potential House Hacking seminar?

Hello NH friends! My husband and I have very successfully used the BP method for house hacking. We live on the MA/NH border and our house hack was done in Haverhill MA with a 2 family.  I find that a lot of young professionals/couples are reaching out to us lately to hear our experience etc. We were considering conducting a local seminar on house hacking, but wanted to reach out here to gauge the level of interest? This would be held in the Haverhill MA area so I figured I would reach out to the southern NH community.
