Property Management Recommendations For Nashua/ Hollis Area?

I own a rental duplex in Nashua, as well as (3) single family rental houses in Hollis.

I have always managed the properties myself, but I am getting closer to retirement age. I'm wondering if it might be worth it to give up some of the cash flow, in order to free myself up for travel, etc?

Does anyone have any recommendations?
