Seeking Southern NH realtor to bounce ideas off of

Hi BP,

I'm an investor in southern New Hampshire looking to buy three multi-families by August. I'm looking for any real estate agent to help me establish rent averages for certain areas (specifically the Derry / Manchester area) and maybe to advise me on what neighborhoods are better than others. I wouldn't need this person to search for deals or to guide me in any way.. Just to take a look at some listings I would email them. We could turn this into a profitable relationship!
