Assignment "Documents" for wholesales

I am really interested in whole sales. However one issue I have come across is getting proper assignment paperwork. None of the research that I have done is based out of the Nebraska area with that being said I understand that this paperwork has to be specific to the state and it's laws. I have contacted multiple title companies and they of the documentation but cannot help me with providing an example or send me in the right direction. Also I am just starting out so excuse my ignorance.
