Creative Financing for Entrepreneurs with no W2

Hey BP problem solvers!

A friend of mine wants to sell her current residence and find a new location.  She runs her own business and doesn't file a typical W2 because she works for herself.  Big banks wont consider her for a loan, probably do to this and the fact that her income might not be where they like to see it.  I need to find out what she is doing for her taxes, what she might be writing off, etc... but what sort of recommendations do you all have so that she can find a new home?  I think she has tried a bank statement loan before, but could not find any small banks to lend to her (without a cosigner at least).

any ideas all you clever folks may have would be welcomed!

Longevity to you all!!
