Financial Partner Needed To Complete Awesome Team

Hey Bigger Pockets!

I'm an investor in the St. Louis area looking for a partner to help fund house flips and share in the profits. Returns could be as high as 50% of the profit! I'm committed to doing real estate full-time, and already have a diligent, investor-experienced realtor and hard-working contractor behind me – meaning you won't have to do any of the legwork.

I know, I could just go to a hard money lender or other institution – it might even be cheaper! But in my opinion, a business partnership is ultimately much more fruitful. Don't you agree?

Please, feel free to comment or PM me if you or someone you know may be interested.

Cheers!

Derek
