Converting duplex to tri-plex or ADU in Minneapolis

I own a side by side duplex in Minneapolis and am considering conversion to a tri-plex or a duplex-plus ADU. I understand that I'll need to submit a detailed plan and drawings to the city in order to get either approved. I'm looking for a professional (architect? remodeler? other?) who understands the requirements for both and can advise and assist me through the whole process, including preparing the detailed plan and drawings.
