Minneapolis Area Small Bank / Credit Union
Greetings BP Community!
I am currently looking for a small bank or credit union in the Northwest Minneapolis area (Coon Rapids, Champlin, Plymouth Area) to open a business account with. I would ideally want one that has some of the following attributes.
- No monthly fees (or ways to avoid them)
.- Open outside of normal business hours (7am-7pm, Saturdays, etc)
- Local, I would love to develop a great relationship with them as I grow my business.
If anyone from the area has any banks they have done business with I would love the recommendations!
Many Thanks!

Since I didn't get a reply I went ahead and did some more research of my own. I just opened an account with MinnWest Bank. It is a small bank with two or three branches. They keep all their loans in house and have no monthly fee if you have $100 in your checking account. They seem really solid. I have talked with their loan officers and they seem happy to work with Real Estate inventors for refinances and HELOCS. I'm looking forward to working with them. Hope this helps you out @Nathan Downing!
