OFD#1 Tenant Incentives for Good Behavior

Avery Rustad
Posted

In The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, he highlighted the importance of creating systems to treat your rental property investments like a business instead of a hobby. He touched on the importance of training tenants. My question is: What are your favorite ways to incentivize your tenants to maintain good behavior? What systems do you currently have in place to make sure your tenants don't feel as though they can undermine and walk all over you?
