Help Non Tenat Asking to be let into property

The daughter of our tenat on the lease is asking to be let into a duplex we own.  She claims that she has been living there 30 plus days and receives mail there so she should be let in.  The mom has contacted me telling me not to let her in.  What legally do I have to do?
