Minnesota In-House Loan Suggestions

Jack Boyd
Posted

Hi gang.

I came across a foreclosure that's pretty rough but the price is right. We're first time home buyers and our income is such that we have to have it listed as our primary residence. Unfortunately, all the utilities have been turned off and the seller (bank) won't turn them back on for our lender to ensure that the place is live-able. Because of that the credit unions and banks in our area won't touch it and the only one willing to is asking 15% down, the loan is still contingent on it passing an inspection, (which as I mentioned, is impossible since the seller won't turn the utilities on).

Can any of you suggest a Minnesota based lender that may be willing to help us out?

I would recommend you reach out to @Tim Swierczek.  If the loan can close, he can close it.
