Success with Local banks?
I'm wondering what experiences people have had with Banks in MN for their finances.
I'm currently looking to finance a contract-for-deed property. I've fixed it up, and have about $125,000 left in the mortgage and put in about $30,000 worth of work in the rehab. I'd estimate $210,000 - $230,000 for it's current value, and I'm currently shopping for my financing options on my next step in the BRRRR strategy to pull my cash back out.
Anybody happen to have any leads or have any bad experiences with any of the bigger or smaller / local banks?
