Investor Friendly Real Estate Brokerages in Minnesota
Hi all,
I am finishing up my real estate license hopefully in the next month here, and I was already pretty set on hanging my license with Keller Williams. That was back when my plan was to focus on the retail side of real estate. I have since decided and determined that I want start a wholesale business and focus mainly on the investing aspect of real estate. I am planning on mainly using transactional funding and double-closes for my business instead of assignments.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a broker that supports investors mainly using their license for buying and selling personal real estate? I will also use my license for buyers/listings when those opportunities present themselves. I am still planning on re-meeting with Keller Williams to discuss this but I was also looking into some of the 100% brokerages such as Realty Group, Bridge Realty, Greater Midwest Realty etc.
Any advice would be appreciated!

@Jake Hilden I would try Fulton Realty. @Ryan Luthie from there is an owner of the brokerage and an investor. I do not know their appetite for training a new agent, but if you are looking to learn to invest you're not going to get that at the other brokerages mentioned. At least not in the way that would happen if you worked at a place that does it all day long. Don't get me wrong, all those places will tell you what you want to hear, but what are they doing daily would be the question you should ask yourself. And the answer is not investment real estate.
