Hi everyone my name is Tyler. I am a new investor that is hungry for my first deal. I have a great knowledge base on real estate and I know my exact path I want to take. Networking and Building connections is something I am a firm believer in to succeed in this industry. My desire is to buy and hold. I have a local vacant home in my area I am interested in. I have done a little leg work to gather as much info as I possibly can on the home. I even talked to a realtor to run comps on the property.  Any local investors have a little time for me to pick your brain on my next few steps? I do not require a lot of hand holding but it would be great to have an experience investors advise for my next direction. Thanks all and I plan to pay it forward here on the forums as I close more deals!
