Real estate license?
Hello everyone! First time poster here on BP. I'm a full time drywall contractor located in St. Paul and a total novice to investing in real estate. In the next year I'm hoping to get my feet wet by doing a live-in flip of some kind. Currently I'm renting so in a perfect world I'd like to get a multifamily unit to flip, live in one unit and rent the other/s. My question is, is it worth while getting a real estate license to have access to mls and those types of resources and would that have added benefits to buying and selling properties?
