Best Zipcodes to Invest in DETROIT

Looking to start my real estate portfolio in the city of Detroit. So I’ve been trying to figure out what are the most desirable Zipcodes in the city. So I ran a pivot table on Detroit Auction Buyers lists from 2016 & 2015. Are any of these Zipcodes good?

On the left are the Zipcodes on the Right are the # of properties purchased in that zipcode at the auction. This is the list for only 2016. If anybody would like to see the 2015 list just lmk.
