Hello,

I am a new investor looking to purchase my first rental property.  Before making a purchase I am trying to get my "team" constructed so I can be prepared to pull the trigger when I find my first deal.  I am primarily looking at small multifamily units and potentially SFHs if I can't find a multifamily.  If anyone invests in the area and has a good PM that they use I would appreciate any guidance or assistance.
