information on Adrian, MI

Hello again,

I just recently discovered many multi family houses in Adrian, MI.  They are quite affordable and many in very good condition, as well as being already occupied.  

I don't know much about the area, and would appreciate any information as to the location... anything that I need to know, like crime rate, etc.
