Hi everyone! I am delving into this real estate business (flipping/wholesaling) and am eager to network and meet people. I have looked up some local REIA meetings to join in the Oakland/Wayne/Macomb areas (MI) but I'd surely appreciate any suggestions, especially ones that welcomes newbies! Thank you.
