Considering rentals in Battle Creek, need rental market input
I am a Grand Rapids area investor and am tired of competing with 20 other offers on multi family houses and the margins are getting slimmer and slimmer on rentals in the area.
I have been looking at rentals in the Battle Creek area and the numbers are more attractive however I am wondering if someone out there has experience with the tenants in the city of Battle Creek. Is it easy to keep your units occupied with decent tenants or are you finding alot of turnover and vacancies? I appreciate any input with someone with experience in that rental market.
