Michigan Rental Agreement

Hi BP members,

My name is Derek S and I am renting my first house hack and just getting started.  It is located in Whitmore Lake near Ann Arbor.  I am looking for a starting point for a rental contract.  Many of you advise against using a service like Legal Zoom to make a contract.  Does anyone have a solid rental contract for Michigan they would be willing to share?  I would greatly appreciate any information, direction or advice from anyone who has more experience than myself.
