Searching for a good Lender who services Michigan

I am brokering a deal for a property in Lancing Michigan the borrower makes good money, the PP is 660k He is willing to put up 330K in cash and finance the rest. 

The appraisal for the property which was done last month comes in at 1.2M 

The catch is the Borrower will be using the space as an office building to operate his business and a second part of the property would be used as a church.  Some lenders shy away from lending on churches and some lenders shy away from Michigan all together... any suggestions
