Question on Troy area townhome rentals

can anyone quote me the going rate of $ per sq.ft for townhomes for rental in Troy area please ? Some reports I read indicate it around $1.25 per sq. ft. which I think is way too expensive for Troy ?

Troy is a great safe neighborhood with awesome schools, so, what is a good rental price for a 1500 sq. ft. townhome ?
