What is the market for cash buyers in 48911, Lansing, Ingham County?  The property that I'm considering is a two bedroom ranch that is turn key. Two bedrooms scare me but if I can create a scenario where it cash flows then it will be a solid cash flow investment. How is the rental market in Lansing? How are the housing inspectors in Lansing? What are cash buyers willing to pay in Lansing? The housing commision states that market rate for a two-bedroom is $854. Is that true to the market? Or is it higher or lower?
