Southeast MI - Looking for deals

Looking for houses under $25K in southeastern michigan. Any house considered. Experienced with houses needing extensive rehab and I prefer that since they are cheaper. No properties in Detroit or Inkster. I prefer the downriver area. Cash deals. Please PM me here if you have anything available or feel free to add me to a cash buyer list if you are a wholesaler.
