We have a tenant that we'd like out so we can sell a single family residence.  They refused to leave and stopped communicating so it appears we'll have to deal with our first eviction.  Can anyone recommend a good attorney that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?  House/tenants are in Wilmington, MA.
