Hello everyone! I am looking to take my first step into real estate investing. I was hoping someone can give me a referral for a investor friendly lender that Works with Mass housing. This will be my first property and I am looking to house hack. I live in Randolph Massachusets. Also looking for a referral for a investor friendly realtor that specializes in the New Bedford/Fallriver area. Thank you in advance. Very excited to start.
