Non citizen financing
Hi,
I am trying to help a non US citizen purchase a primary residence. I do not have experience with this, any lenders in Massachusetts interested in working with my client to find him the necessary funds for a purchase?
Thank you

You would likely have to go with a larger bank to do that so they have the network to support that loan. HSBS or BOA would likely funds those, an important factor is to ask if the money for their down payment is already here or has to be wired over (that can cause delays and certain amounts would not even be permissible). If they're a Green Card Holder you can apply for owner occupied loan with that as long as they have valid funds and employment sustaining the debt.
