Seeking CPA or tax preparer who knows residential real estate law

Mike M.

Posted

I am looking for a CPA or tax professional who is familiar with real estate tax laws including changes since the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act of 2017. My current tax preparer is not well versed in changes since 2017. I am looking for someone who is familiar with using 100% bonus depreciation and de minimis safe harbor.

Thank you in advance,

Mike

@Mike M. There are a number of tax professionals on the forums who are well-versed in the recent tax laws and specialize in working with real estate investors. I believe most offer a free intro meeting (we do). I would recommend reaching out to a few to see if there's a good fit.
