Hello BP - I am completely new to the board and would like to see if anyone can take a moment and recommend a good insurance company for my first rental property purchase. I am in the process of acquiring a 3 family home in Springfield, MA and would like to hear from those landlords in the area about insurance companies. I really appreciate your help and time! thanks!
