Looking for value for money contractors in Brighton area

A newbie here, going to buy a new condo (first purchase) near chandler pond area in Brighton and would live in it as primary residence for a year at least. We want to do some rehab like adding wooden floors, change commodes, add bidets and perhaps extend the kitchen counter a little bit to add breakfast bar. 

Is there an economical contractor someone can refer who does good work in reasonable cost?
