Rental Home Pricing Lexington, MA

We have a single family home that we have rented in Lexington, MA for some time.  We have always set rent based on our personal analysis of the market rates.  This time around I am looking to get a second opinion.  Any recommended realtors that would take the time to do a walk through and suggest a rate or should I just call a few brokers and ask?  I suspect we will still rent it ourselves based on our past success.
