Hi BP, I’m stuck and could really use some help, when dealing with code enforcement leads, witch status should I focus on most to find the most motivation: Docket Information: -Not held but resolved -Dismissed -Continued -Return of service -Voluntary Dismissal -Civil Complaint -Defendant Defaulted -Amendent Complaint Filed Case Disposition: -Voluntary dismissal -Finding and order -Agreement -Pending

This must be an untouched topic.  I see a lot of questions, and you're ahead on me with the categories of status.  I'm looking to find code violation listings from local municipalities.  Have you gotten any further in your search and education with buying code violation leads?

I'm going to seek out and ask code enforcement officers directly and see how helpful they are.
