Seeking attorney and CPA in massachusetts

I just purchased my first 3 family property in Gardner, MA. I’m looking for a solid real estate focused CPA to help maximize my returns. Preferably in Massachusetts but I’m open to looking outside this range. I am also looking for an attorney to create a solid lease agreement and for any future needs. Any recommendations?
