Any Interest in A House Hacking Live Seminar?

Hello MA friends! My husband and I have very successfully used the BP method for house hacking. I find that a lot of young professionals/couples are reaching out to us lately to hear our experience etc. We were considering conducting a local seminar on house hacking, but wanted to reach out here to gauge the level of interest? This would be held in the Haverhill area.
