Where to park the salesperson license?

I obtained my salesperson license so that I can represent myself in my own investment transactions. My plan is to acquire 1 to 3 properties per year.  I am still working full time, so I do not have the time to pick up an agent's job.

I am looking for an agency with higher commission cut, no requirements for the Realtor Association Membership and/or MLS membership, and no requirement on number of calls, etc. Basically, I am looking for an agency to park my license and I can mind my own business.
