the legal side of wholesailing

Hey BP,

I have a few questions regaurding the legal side of wholesailing. I have not been through the process of buying a property so please bear with me if my questions seem "novice". Im looking for knowledge of the entire process of wholesaling a property on the legal side. I understand everything leading up to when I ask the seller to sign the purchase and sales agreement. does this have to be done at a notary? Does the assignment of contract get signed by the end buyer and follows the original purchase agreement to the attorney for closing? How does the closing work? Does the end buyer have to meet the attorney at their office to close in person or can this all be done "virtually".  these are the last few roadblocks i see in my way. I appreciate any answer you can give for me and would be willing to return any favor if there is something i can do for you.

Again thank you for your time

Best,

Adam Loud
